Martin Property Management opened its doors in 1987 with just a handful of properties. Since that time, MPM has increased its business to include over 550 rental units including apartments, houses, and townhomes, managed for over a dozen owners.

Martin Property Management is a full service rental management company offering a festive and friendly office environment, 24-hour emergency service, a patrolling security staff and a full-time maintenance staff.

In order to serve you better, we have moved into a new office. Our new location is 137 Dotson, Suite 100 in Ames. We are on the corner of Dotson and Baughman, just west of the West Hy-Vee store down the road from Wells Fargo.
